30-Day Return & Resolution Policy

We offer a 30-day return and resolution period from the date you receive your order.

During this period, eligible orders may qualify for a return, replacement, remake, or refund, depending on the reason for return and product condition.


1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)

If your product arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Damage during shipping

  • Incorrect size or specifications due to our production error

  • Malfunctioning components

In these cases:

  • We will cover return shipping costs

  • We will offer a free replacement, remake, or full refund

  • No restocking fees will be charged


2. Non-Defective Items (Customer Preference or Ordering Reasons)

Because our products are custom-made to order, returns for non-defective reasons are handled under the following conditions:

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color or fabric preference

  • Mount type or configuration preference

  • Ordering the wrong product

In these cases:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Refunds will be partial, reflecting production and handling costs

Because items are custom-made, full refunds are not guaranteed for non-defective returns.


3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval

  • Bank or payment provider processing time may vary


4. Exchanges & Remakes

For eligible cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product

  • A remake with corrected specifications

  • A discounted remake for customer-measurement errors

Resolution options will be provided based on the specific situation.


5. How to Request a Return or After-Sales Support

To request a return, remake, replacement, or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond with the best available resolution.
