We stand behind the quality of our custom window blinds and shades. All products are carefully manufactured and inspected to ensure long-lasting performance, smooth operation, and precise fit.


5-Year Limited Warranty

All custom no drill zebra blinds, roller shades, and other window coverings purchased from us are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.


What Is Covered

  • Fabric defects such as tearing, fraying, or abnormal fading under normal indoor use
  • Aluminum headrail or bottom rail structural defects
  • Cordless lifting system malfunction under normal use
  • Bracket or mounting hardware defects included with the product
  • Incorrect assembly or manufacturing-related issues

What Is Not Covered

  • Improper installation or incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Exposure to extreme moisture, heat, or outdoor conditions
  • Modifications, alterations, or repairs not authorized by us
  • Accidental damage after installation

Measurement & Installation Responsibility

Because all blinds are custom made to order, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements and ensure proper installation.

We strongly recommend reviewing our Measurement Guide before placing your order.


Replacement & Repair Process

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement part, repair solution, or full replacement is required.


Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of defective parts
  • Full product replacement
  • Repair guidance or technical support

We always aim to provide a fair and efficient solution for every warranty claim.


Warranty Limitations

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue falls within warranty coverage.
