Press the spring-loaded end firmly against the inside window jamb.

2 — Insert the Opposite End
Compress the shade slightly and place the opposite end against the other jamb.

3 — Tighten the Tension
Use the hex key to tighten the tension until the shade is securely pressure-fit.
